About the Company

  • We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the assigned region.

About the Role

  • The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations in Saudi Arabia, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets while fostering a high performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive sales growth across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and major accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned region.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when required.
  • Coordinate with Category, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, evaluate execution, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution network.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
