- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive sales growth across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and major accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with Category, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, evaluate execution, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing sales teams across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution network.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
