Salesperson

The Salesperson at Couture Luxury Interior Design LLC will focus on generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships for high-end interior design projects.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and involves meeting clients in the showroom, at project sites, and in professional settings.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting design concepts and services, preparing and delivering sales proposals, and negotiating contract terms in alignment with company standards.

The Salesperson will collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met, while maintaining accurate records of all opportunities, meetings, and follow-ups in the sales pipeline.

The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in networking events, and representing the brand with a polished and professional demeanor.

• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and lead generation within luxury, design, real estate, or similar sectors.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate agreements that balance client expectations and company objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivering persuasive presentations and handling high-net-worth clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience using CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
• Comfort working in a showroom or design studio environment, liaising with design and project teams, and supporting the full sales cycle from first contact to project handover.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
• Prior on-site sales experience in Dubai or the UAE is preferred, with familiarity with local market dynamics and cultural norms.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); knowledge of interior design terminology or industry software is beneficial.
