Role Overview
Lead and manage high-end luxury interior design and fit-out projects from concept development through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, budgets, procurement, and site execution.
- Coordinate designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Oversee on-site progress, quality control, inspections, and approvals.
- Manage logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and luxury craftsmanship standards.
- Follow up with Drafting, Design, and FF&E teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in luxury interiors in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong capability in project management, expediting, inspection, and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on-site.
