Role Description
Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings for high-end interior design projects.
Ensure drawing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to local codes and company standards.
Translate design concepts into technical documentation and support project planning with measurements, layouts, and quantity-related information.
Responsibilities
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Update drawings based on design changes and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to clarify technical requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files and revisions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in producing architectural drawings for interior and architectural projects.
- Foundational knowledge of architecture and planning principles relevant to luxury interior design.
