About the Role
PepsiCo is seeking a Salesman for their KSA sales team in Jeddah. The role involves maximizing sales volume, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, and collecting accounts receivable.

Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against previously agreed targets
- Maintain customer service levels by adhering to call frequencies and daily route plans
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks and maintain the sales vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition
- Supply ready to ship customer orders on time
- Maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out of stock problems
- Implement agreed in store merchandising standards
- Advise supervisor of any relevant competitor activity
- Daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash & credit sales
- Maintain a high standard of driving and obey driving regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Account building
- Communication skills

Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers. Sales will be measured against previously agreed targets.
- The customers are to receive the service approved by the supervisor. The call frequencies as well as the daily route plan are key.
- Carry out the daily and weekly vehicle checks as laid down in the operating procedures.
- Supply ready to ship customer orders on time.
- Maintaining individual customer stock levels to the agreed requirements.
- The Pre seller is responsible for the implementation of the agreed in store merchandising.
- Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity taking place in the area served.
- Daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash & credit sales.
- Staff are always to be neatly groomed and presentable.
- Maintain a high standard of driving and obey the driving regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years’ Experience in Sales & Account building
