- Implement agreed in store merchandising standards
- Advise supervisor of competitor activity and complete daily reconciliation of cheques, cash & credit sales
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Account building
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Valid driving license (implied by vehicle checks)

Job Purpose
- Maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Provide supervisor with latest market information to develop sales opportunities.
- Attend training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers; sales measured against targets.
- Provide service approved by supervisor; maintain call frequencies and daily route plan.
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks; maintain sales vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
- Supply ready to ship customer orders on time.
- Maintain individual customer stock levels to minimize out of stock problems.
- Implement agreed in store merchandising standards.
- Advise supervisor of competitor activity.
- Daily reconciliation of cheques, cash & credit sales.
- Maintain neat grooming and high standard of driving.
Experience / Competencies Required
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Account building.
- Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Conflict Management.

- Basic accounting skills.
