The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the design of scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions across our Salesforce platform in a hybrid Microsoft–Salesforce enterprise environment. This role translates business priorities into end-to-end solution designs across Salesforce and adjacent platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dataverse, ERP, and other systems of record. The architect will help evolve the platform in ways that improve business agility, maintain architectural integrity, and enable responsible AI adoption.
This is a hands-on architecture leadership role requiring practical implementation depth, not just oversight. Will bring strong Salesforce development experience and can translate architecture into working solutions and proof-of-concept prototypes when needed.
Will set design direction, define technical standards, guide integration patterns, and serve as a trusted advisor to delivery teams, product owners, and executive stakeholders.
