- Own the solutions recommended and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead the Salesforce team in delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design, configure, and oversee implementation of Salesforce features such as case management, lead/opportunity management, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage day to day operations, project tasks, and sprint planning in an Agile environment
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands on experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales and Service Cloud platforms
- Strong experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Aura/LWC Frameworks, Visualforce
- Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns
- Hands on experience with Workflow Rules, Flows, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Chatbot, Communities, Service Console customization
- Experience installing, configuring, and customizing CTI Adapter
- Exceptional communication skills
- Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred
- Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred
- Platform Developer certification preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud Developer to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for implementing production ready features on Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
