- Own the solutions recommended and act as a trusted advisor to team, stakeholders, and partners
- Lead the Salesforce team in delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design, configure, and oversee implementation of Salesforce features such as case management, lead/opportunity management, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage day to day operations, project tasks, and sprint planning in an Agile environment
Requirements
- 6 8 years of hands on experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales and Service Cloud platforms
- Strong experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Aura/LWC Frameworks, and Visualforce
- Hands on experience with Workflow Rules, Flows, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Chatbot, Communities, and Service Console customization
- Experience installing, configuring, and customizing CTI Adapter
- Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns, and design limitations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
- Admin or Advanced Admin certification (preferred)
- Platform Developer certification (preferred)

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud Developer to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for implementing production ready features on Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the solutions recommended and act as a trusted advisor to our team, internal stakeholders, and partners.
- Bring a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Service and Sales Cloud solutions.
- Communicate ideas and solutions clearly to stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
- Have 6–8 years of hands on experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
- Demonstrate strong experience with configuration and development of: Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Aura/LWC Frameworks, and Visualforce.
- Understand Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns, and design limitations.
- Have hands on experience with: Workflow Rules, Flows, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Chatbot, Communities, and Service Console customization.
- Have strong understanding and hands on experience installing, configuring, and customizing CTI Adapter, including CTI Flows.
