- Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across multi cloud environments
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (managed and/or self hosted)
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and drive GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD or Flux
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools
- Improve system observability by implementing metrics, logging, and tracing solutions
- Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Strengthen platform security, including secrets management, RBAC, and runtime protection
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity and reduce operational friction
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve platform efficiency
- Maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Strong hands on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
- Strong understanding of container and cloud networking (CNI, DNS, ingress, load balancing, TLS)
- Experience with observability tools covering metrics, logs, and distributed tracing
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or Go) and strong Linux fundamentals
- Security focused mindset, including knowledge of secrets management, RBAC, and supply chain security
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer to build, scale, and operate the cloud platform that powers our engineering teams.
- You will own and manage infrastructure across a multi cloud Kubernetes environment, strengthen CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, and ensure reliability, security, and an exceptional developer experience.
- This is a hands on engineering position with broad exposure across networking, observability, security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with adjustments based on seniority level.
- Strong hands on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; multi cloud exposure is a plus.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Strong understanding of container and cloud networking, including CNI, DNS, ingress, load balancing, and TLS.
- Experience with observability tools covering metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud ACK, Oracle OKE, or other multi cloud Kubernetes platforms.
- Expertise in service mesh and advanced networking tools such as Cilium, Istio, or Terway.
- Familiarity with policy as code and runtime security tools such as OPA, Kyverno, Falco, or NeuVector.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana Cloud, Prometheus, and SLO based alerting.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as Velero.
- Experience with secrets management integrations such as External Secrets, CSI drivers, or KMS.
- Hands on experience managing cloud databases and migrations.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or cloud provider certifications.
