- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource planning
- Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Handle escalation management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and business analysts
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager
- Strong experience managing Salesforce based projects/programs
- Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, and CRM processes
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross functional coordination
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
- Must currently be based in the UAE

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in Salesforce project delivery.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end to end implementation and transformation projects, coordinating cross functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- The candidate must currently be based in the UAE and possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
