We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Architect / Microsoft Technologies Consultant to lead architecture, development, migration, security, and support of enterprise applications and digital banking solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications, internet banking portals, and digital channel solutions
- Define application architecture, technical specifications, and design standards
- Prepare and maintain application documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents
- Develop customized features, services, workflows, templates, and integrations based on business requirements
- Participate in application enhancement initiatives from requirement gathering through production deployment
- Design and implement integrations with banking applications, third party systems, and digital channels
- Utilize Microsoft Azure services for application integration, automation, and cloud native solutions
- Support application modernization and migration initiatives from on premises to Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms
- Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, including farm management and performance optimization
- Lead SharePoint migration projects, including SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019 migrations using ShareGate
- Manage application security, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities
- Conduct code reviews using tools such as Veracode, FxCop, and other security analysis platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, development, and administration
- Strong expertise in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Services
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Strong expertise in REST APIs and Web Services
- Strong expertise in SQL Server and SSRS
- Strong expertise in Application Security and Secure Coding Practices
- Experience with ShareGate migration projects
- Experience with code quality and security tools such as Veracode and FxCop

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, development, and administration.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Azure Services, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, REST APIs and Web Services, SQL Server and SSRS, Application Security and Secure Coding Practices.
- Experience with ShareGate migration projects.
- Experience with code quality and security tools such as Veracode and FxCop.
- Knowledge of DR planning, infrastructure design, and high availability solutions.
- Understanding of firewall, networking, and application communication protocols.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
