About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third party systems
- Design and manage customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation using SFMC tools
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, SQL, JSON, XML
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and Agile/Scrum processes
Requirements
- 5–10 years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
- Hands on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, and Marketing Cloud APIs
- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, Mobile Applications, Data Warehouses, and third party systems
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, SQL, JSON, XML, and web services
- Experience with Data Extensions, Query Activities, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation
- Hands on experience with WhatsApp integrations, Push Notifications, and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum, and release management
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred

Key Requirements
