Responsibilities
- Architect and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for real estate and construction domains
- Lead integration of D365 with Azure services and other systems using APIs, REST, OData
- Define and enforce architectural governance, security, and data models
- Manage data migration strategies and tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- At least 6 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture / solution design
- Hands on experience with D365 modules: Finance, Project Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement
- Strong domain experience in construction, real estate development, or property management
- Deep understanding of integration technologies: APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), service bus, REST, OData
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools
- Knowledge of ALM practices: DevOps, LCS, environment management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in defining and enforcing architectural governance, security, and data models
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Architect) are highly desirable

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture / solution design
- Proven hands on experience with relevant D365 modules: Finance, Project Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement (as needed for real estate)
- Strong domain experience in construction, real estate development, or property management — including project accounting, leasing, facilities, and operations
- Deep understanding of integration technologies: APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), service bus, REST, OData
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools
- Knowledge of ALM practices: DevOps, LCS, environment management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work with both technical and business audiences
