- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Windows OS and SQL Server upgrade projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct discovery and impact assessments for applications, infrastructure, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application teams, and external vendors.
- Manage project execution, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production rollout.
- Ensure adherence to change management, release governance, and CAB processes.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular executive reports.
- Manage go live activities, hyper care support, and project closure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing Windows OS migrations (Windows 10/11) and SQL Server upgrades.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Virtualization, and Enterprise Applications.
- Experience with project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
- Hands on experience managing SIT, UAT, deployment, and production rollouts.
- Knowledge of ITIL Change Management and Release Management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Experience in large enterprise or Oil & Gas environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure modernization initiatives preferred.

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise wide Operating System and SQL Server Upgrade Program.
- The ideal candidate will manage end to end delivery, coordinate cross functional teams, oversee risks, and ensure successful migration with minimal business disruption.
