About the Role
The Salesforce Functional Architect / Senior Business Architect leads end-to-end Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Agentforce functional implementations.
The work supports patient services and support programs in pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries.
The role collaborates with client stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, administrators, and global delivery teams.
In This Role
- Lead functional workstreams for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Agentforce implementations.
- Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Drive backlog prioritization and Agile delivery.
- Design and optimize patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, patient assistance, case management, and care coordination processes.
- Support adverse event reporting, consent management, and patient communications processes.
- Serve as functional lead across distributed global delivery teams.
- Ensure requirements traceability, delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and deployment outcomes.
