Role Overview
Nair Systems is seeking an Information Security Manager for its UAE operations.
The role supports information security management, governance, regulatory compliance, and security delivery within the banking and financial sector.
Education and Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CISSP certification is preferred.
Experience and Skills
- The role requires 10–12 years of relevant information or cybersecurity experience with manager-level responsibilities.
- Strong information security experience in the banking or financial sector is required.
- Strong information security governance and GRC experience covering policies, standards, risk assessments, risk registers, risk acceptance or exceptions, and compliance is required.
- Hands-on experience with UAE IA/NESA implementation, assessments, and policy or control alignment is required.
- Experience managing PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, VAPT, and regulatory or security assessments is required.
- Proven experience managing audit or regulatory findings through remediation and validated closure is required.
- Experience leading information security for major technology, digital, cloud, infrastructure, and application projects is required.
- The role requires communication with senior nontechnical users, adaptability to changing security technologies, and the ability to manage concurrent projects.
