Role Overview
Nair Systems is seeking an Information Security Manager for its UAE operations in the banking sector.
The role requires strong information security experience, manager-level responsibilities, and exposure to banking systems and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- The role requires 10–12 years of relevant information or cybersecurity experience.
- Banking or financial-sector information security experience and manager-level responsibilities are key requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of information security and technology infrastructure is required.
- Experience implementing UAE IA/NESA requirements and developing aligned information security policies is required.
- Strong governance and GRC experience should cover policies, standards, risk assessments, risk registers, risk acceptance, exceptions, and compliance.
- The role requires communication with senior nontechnical users, adaptability, multitasking, prioritization, and sound judgment.
