The Information Systems team develops and maintains the organization's enterprise architecture and computing environment.
Role summary
Technical Salesforce Developer and techno-functional consultant role.
The role covers requirement gathering, solution architecture, Apex and LWC development, and integration management across Whirlpool India platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in design sessions, provide technology recommendations, and make architectural decisions.
- Customize, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Build REST and SOAP integrations connecting Salesforce with internal systems, third-party applications, and databases.
- Act as a techno-functional liaison between business processes, IT delivery partners, and implementation teams.
- Conduct performance tuning, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee Salesforce delivery across implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and AMS support.
- Maintain technical specifications, follow Salesforce advancements, transfer domain knowledge, and drive technical quality.
