Role Overview
The role supports Salesforce business analysis and solution delivery for enterprise financial services environments.
The position requires functional Salesforce leadership, banking domain knowledge, and experience working in regulated environments.
Required Skill Set
- Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education.
- Experience as a Functional Lead in Salesforce and 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycles, and financial compliance.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes.
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams, executives, senior leaders, and technical teams.
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings.
Business Analysis and Solution Design
- Gather and refine requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
- Propose Salesforce out-of-the-box or custom solutions in collaboration with technical and UX teams.
- Present problem statements and solution options to the program Salesforce design authority.
- Perform proof-of-concepts and impact analysis on Salesforce processes, configurations, and data.
Delivery and Quality Support
- Create refined epics, development-ready user stories, and functional documentation in Confluence.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions.
- Provide functional scenarios, clarify requirements, review test cases, and assist with defect triage.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and security standards.
Compensation
- Salary range is stated as CAD 90,000 to CAD 120,000 per year.
