Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff
- Identify sales training needs based on performance data, KPIs, and management feedback
- Deliver training on sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation, upselling, and closing skills
- Conduct product knowledge training and ensure accurate understanding of features, benefits, and pricing
- Monitor sales staff performance post training and provide coaching and on the job support
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to align training programs with sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure all training materials, presentations, and manuals are updated and standardized
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and assessment results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales training, sales supervision, or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate it into effective training plans
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales training tools
