- Deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff
- Conduct training on sales techniques, customer service, upselling, and closing strategies
- Provide product knowledge training and ensure clear understanding of features and benefits
- Support on the job coaching and role play sessions to improve sales performance
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and manuals
- Track training attendance and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with sales supervisors and managers to align training with sales goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales or sales training roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach sales teams
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office and training tools
