Role Description
- The Sales Training Manager is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite activities with some work from home flexibility.
- This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating sales training programs for members and partner organizations.
Day to Day Tasks
- Assessing training needs
- Developing training materials
- Facilitating workshops and webinars
- Coaching participants
- Evaluating training effectiveness
- Collaborating with network coordinators and HR leaders to schedule sessions, gather feedback, and continually improve training offerings
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to broader L&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Trainings and Training to design and deliver effective sales focused learning programs
- Expertise in Training & Development to conduct needs assessments and create structured curricula and materials
- Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, engage participants, and support individual growth
- Experience in HR, L&D, or sales enablement, ideally within the UAE or KSA market, is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage part time, hybrid responsibilities, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Training, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for virtual training delivery and participant engagement
