Role Description
- The Program Manager is a part time role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the network’s events, initiatives, and member engagement activities.
- This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site responsibilities for meetups and events, and remote work for planning, communication, and administration.
- Day to day tasks include designing and managing the events calendar, liaising with chapter leads, managing online and offline forums, and ensuring consistent communication across the network’s channels.
- The Program Manager will collaborate with volunteers and partners, handle logistics for monthly meetups, and support the promotion of job postings and referrals.
- The role also involves monitoring program performance, gathering feedback from members, and recommending improvements to enhance community value and growth.
Qualifications
- Program and event management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse HR professionals and build relationships.
- Experience with online community management, social media, and digital collaboration tools.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a part time, hybrid setting.
- Background in Human Resources, community building, or professional networks is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating with volunteers and cross location chapters.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
