Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial strategies that support the network’s growth, including partnership development, sponsorships, and revenue generating initiatives.
- Day to day tasks include business planning, overseeing commercial agreements, coordinating with partners and vendors, and monitoring financial performance of events and services.
- Collaborate with the core organizing team to forecast budgets, optimize costs, and ensure commercial activities align with the network’s mission and member needs.
- Prepare regular reports, analyze commercial data, and recommend improvements to enhance sustainability and impact.
Requirements
- Strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills to oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and agreements.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial and performance data and support evidence based decision making.
- Business Planning skills to design and implement sustainable commercial strategies and budgets.
- Team Management skills to coordinate with volunteers, organizers, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in commercial or business roles, ideally within professional networks, events, or services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in basic financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description
- The Commercial Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
