- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor daily follow ups, conversions, and CRM activities
- Support consultants in handling client queries and closing deals
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews
- Ensure timely lead management and pipeline discipline
- Drive sales for Canada PR, Australia PR, visit visas, and global immigration services
- Prepare sales reports and share team performance updates
- Maintain service quality and compliance with company processes
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader / Senior Sales Consultant (immigration industry preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast paced environment
- Experience using CRM and managing lead pipelines
- Knowledge of immigration and visa services will be an added advantage
- UAE experience preferred
