- Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients
- Understand each client's profile and recommend suitable immigration or visa programs
- Manage inquiries generated through calls, social media, and online platforms
- Build trust with clients through timely follow ups and excellent customer service
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a seamless client journey
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration, visa consultancy, or consultative sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self motivated, target oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Comfortable handling multiple client inquiries and follow ups
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
