- Manage and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM systems with regular follow ups
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess eligibility and immigration goals
- Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and service fees clearly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining high conversion rates
- Handle client objections, negotiations, and sales closures effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records including lead status, pipeline tracking, and client interactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Coordinate with internal teams such as documentation, operations, and case processing teams
- Ensure consistent follow ups and proper pipeline management
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years UAE experience in Immigration Sales
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA
- Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools

- Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools
Preferred Skills
- Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, etc.)
- Previous experience in UAE immigration consultancy firms
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
