Role Overview
Sales Support Coordinators are customer service specialists focused on supporting corporate sales goals.
The role partners with field staff and customers to understand home comfort needs, provide product information, and tailor recommendations.
The position is part-time and reports to the Team Leader, Sales Support.
Compensation
- The rate of pay is CAD 26.49 as per the collective agreement.
Schedule
- The schedule is 24 hours weekly with weekday and weekend availability.
- The schedule may change as required by business needs.
Accountabilities
- Manage incoming customer requests for residential HVAC products, duct cleaning, protection plans, water treatment, and energy assessments.
- Promote products and services, provide best advice, and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
- Meet sales conversion, call quality, handle time, service level, speed of answer, and technician lead participation targets.
- Follow scripts, create customer care cases, enter appointment data, schedule opportunities, and document conversations in the customer database.
