Role Overview

  • Jacky's Business Solutions is looking for a proactive, organized and quick learning individual to support B2B sales growth, lead and marketing coordination across multiple business units.
  • The role is suitable for a fresh graduate or an early career professional who wants to grow within B2B sales support, CRM coordination, marketing support, customer engagement and technology solutions.

Lead Coordination and First Level Qualification

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B leads received through website inquiries, campaigns, events, referrals, partner channels and other sources.
  • Qualify leads by understanding the customer requirement, business need, product interest, urgency and next action required.
  • Route qualified leads to the relevant sales, product or solution team across B2B units.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure leads are actioned on time.
  • Maintain clear records of customer communication, lead source, interest area, lead status, next step and ownership.

CRM Coordination and Data Discipline

  • Update and maintain lead, contact and opportunity details in Zoho CRM.
  • Monitor lead status, pending follow ups, inactive leads and pipeline movement.
  • Support CRM usage discipline through timely updates, reminders and basic data hygiene checks.
  • Prepare basic CRM reports on lead activity, follow up status, campaign response and pipeline movement.

Sales and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, product, service and solution leads to ensure smooth lead handover and follow through.
  • Track open leads and remind relevant stakeholders on pending actions.
  • Support communication between sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Escalate delayed or unattended leads to the relevant manager where required.

Marketing and Digital Content Support

  • Support the marketing team in B2B campaign coordination, content planning and digital lead generation activities.
  • Assist in preparing basic content inputs for email campaigns, social media posts, product highlights, brochures, presentations and customer communication.
  • Coordinate with product and sales teams to collect solution details, case studies, customer pain points and campaign ideas.
  • Share feedback with marketing on campaign responses, lead quality and customer queries.

Product and Solution Understanding

  • Develop a working understanding of Jacky's B2B product and solution portfolio across relevant business units.
  • Learn key customer segments, industry use cases and solution positioning.
  • Understand which internal team should handle each type of lead or opportunity.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of technology products, business solutions, service offerings and customer requirements.

Basic Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare simple weekly or monthly updates on lead activity, follow up status, CRM hygiene and campaign response.
  • Highlight missed opportunities, slow moving leads and pending internal actions.
  • Share practical observations to improve lead response time, and sales follow through.
  • Support management with basic tracking, coordination and reporting as required.
