Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for AV and ELV projects including meeting rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, showrooms, and mall applications
- Conduct site visits for inspection, measurements, and client meetings
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop winning proposals
- Source equipment and materials from suppliers/distributors with focus on cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive and robust sourcing
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, technologies, and pricing strategies
- Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Projects, CRM and other professional tools for design and estimation
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for AV and ELV projects
- Knowledge of AV solutions for meeting rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, showrooms, and mall applications
- Knowledge of ELV systems including access control, CCTV, IP surveillance, gate barriers, and command centers
- Ability to conduct site visits for inspection, measurements, and client meetings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, CRM and other professional tools
- Strong negotiation and sourcing skills
- Up to date knowledge of market trends, technologies, and pricing strategies

- This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and engineering divisions by accurately estimating project costs, sourcing them competitively, and ensuring our proposals are both technically sound and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for AV and ELV projects including: AV solutions for Meeting/Board rooms, AV Solutions for Classrooms & Auditoriums, AV & ELV Showrooms and Mall applications (indoor & outdoor), Access Control Systems, Public addressing/ Background Music systems, CCTV & IP Surveillance
- Conduct site visits for inspection, measurements, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
- Source equipment and materials from suppliers/distributors with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive and robust sourcing.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, technologies, and pricing strategies.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Projects, CRM and other professional tools for design and estimation.
