- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations based on customer needs
- Prepare and update customer pipeline/funnel daily on CRM
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in solution sales of IT/ELV systems
- Ability to conduct meetings with C level executives
- Self motivated and result oriented

Position Overview
- We are looking to hire a Full time Arabic speaking Solutions Sales Lead based in UAE region.
- This position will engage and promote new technologies such as Queue Management, Robots, Digital Signage, Security solutions, and digital transformation solutions.
- The Solutions Sales Lead will deliver value by differentiating our unique business solution capabilities to new major end customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities with external clients including Banking, Government, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare and Retail.
- Manage and grow the business of Queue Management solutions, Robotic CCTV & IP Surveillance Systems, meeting room solutions, Access Control Solutions, Gate Barriers & Entry Management, Command & Control Centers, LED video walls, ergonomically designed consoles, Video Management Software (VMS), AI Pow
- Educate the customers about the company’s product and services to drive business.
- Work closely with the technical team, Presales, Sales and Operations team.
