- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and performance objectives
- Coordinate between the lead generation team and sales team to ensure timely lead allocation and follow up
- Monitor sales activities, lead progress, and follow ups
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data
- Prepare sales reports daily, performance summaries, and pipeline updates
- Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing sales and performance strategies
- Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities
- Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales coordination and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools
- Strong reporting, analytical, and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving business targets and improving overall sales performance.
