The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations, managing a team of Sales Specialists, and ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets.
The role focuses on driving team performance, managing high-value client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the private sales team and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain relationships with high-value and premium clients.
- Oversee complex sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support the team in closing strategic deals.
- Analyze sales reports, pipeline data, and CRM insights to drive decision-making.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support revenue growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales management, negotiation, or real estate transactions
