Job Summary
- The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing private sales activities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute private sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify, follow up, and convert sales opportunities into successful deals
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct commercial negotiations and close high value sales transactions
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities and client interactions
- Utilize CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Comply with company sales policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in private sales or a similar sales role
- Preferably with experience in the real estate sector
- Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or real estate are a plus
