Job Summary
- The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives and sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Requires strong leadership, market knowledge of building materials (timber and plywood), and demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies while maintaining customer relationships in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
