Diamond Glare is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead an outdoor sales team.
The role develops business opportunities and improves performance in commercial kitchen, hospitality, and central laundry equipment.
The position is based in Jeddah and follows a morning shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor customer visits, sales territories, and daily team activities.
- Track individual and team targets, quotations, open opportunities, and sales conversion rates.
- Coach sales representatives, join key customer meetings, and address performance gaps.
- Review customer follow-up and CRM records to ensure opportunities have clear next steps.
- Support negotiations and deal closing while maintaining approved pricing, discount limits, and profit margins.
- Coordinate orders, delivery updates, and payment follow-up with relevant departments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, forecasts, collections, and team performance.
Requirements
- Sales experience with a proven ability to supervise or lead a sales team.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, and sales analysis skills.
- Ability to organize field activities, evaluate performance, and coach employees.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Odoo experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in commercial kitchen, hospitality, or central laundry equipment is preferred.
