Role Overview
Diamond Glare is hiring an IT Help Desk Specialist with strong user support skills and hands-on experience supporting Odoo, its website, and eCommerce operations.
The role is based in Jeddah and follows a morning shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support, manage support tickets, and document issues and resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, operating systems, and business applications.
- Support Odoo users and troubleshoot common operational issues.
- Maintain website content, product listings, images, categories, and navigation with relevant departments.
- Test website and online store functions, including search, cart, checkout, and order creation.
- Investigate website issues and escalate technical faults.
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment assignment records, train employees, and follow information security policies.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
- Three to five years of relevant IT support experience is required.
- Hands-on proficiency in Odoo 19, including Website and eCommerce, is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and email administration is required.
- Candidates must be able to identify and document website issues and coordinate with developers and service providers.
- Use of AI tools for troubleshooting and productivity must protect company data.
- Good English, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Relevant professional certifications and equipment or hospitality-sector experience are preferred.
