Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor will lead the in-store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The role oversees daily store operations, team performance, visual merchandising standards, and customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Sales Associates to achieve store sales targets.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock management, and daily store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Schedule staff, track attendance, and monitor performance.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention.
- Train new staff on product knowledge, POS systems, and customer service standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for store and area management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE retail and labor regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within fashion retail in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail reporting.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 1.00 per month.

- The work location is in person.
