About Junior Couture
Junior Couture is a luxury childrenswear retailer and e-commerce business offering designer brands for babies, children, and teens.
The business has a global e-commerce platform and retail presence across the GCC.
Role Overview
The role supports the digital trading team at the intersection of fashion, data, and digital experience.
The position focuses on presenting luxury brands online and maintaining a premium, commercially optimized shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise category and brand pages to optimize sell-through.
- Support homepage updates, seasonal edits, and campaign launches.
- Align product placement with trading strategy and stock levels.
- Monitor sell-through, stock depth, and performance to inform positioning.
- Support product uploads, copy checks, and visual consistency.
- Coordinate launch schedules for new arrivals and brand drops.
- Maintain a curated luxury aesthetic across digital touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For
- One to three years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online trading; fashion experience is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of online KPIs.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confidence using Excel and digital platforms.
- A strong eye for styling, layout, and luxury brand positioning.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Premium or luxury fashion experience is highly desirable.
