The Role
The E-Commerce Assistant supports online presentation and visual merchandising for luxury brands.
The role combines fashion, data, and digital experience to create a curated and commercially optimised shopping experience.
The position provides exposure to creative and commercial digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise category and brand pages to optimise sell-through.
- Support homepage updates, seasonal edits, and campaign launches.
- Align product placement with trading strategy and stock levels.
- Monitor sell-through, stock depth, and performance to inform positioning.
- Support product uploads, copy checks, and visual consistency.
- Coordinate launch schedules for new arrivals and brand drops.
- Maintain a high-end, curated aesthetic across digital touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online trading.
- Fashion experience is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of online KPIs.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence using Excel and digital platforms.
- A keen eye for styling, layout, and luxury brand positioning.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Premium or luxury fashion experience is highly desirable.
