Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments
- Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends
- Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast paced environment
- Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
