Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience in the UAE
- Experience in job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Experience hiring retail, sales, office, or warehouse employees is preferred
- Basic knowledge of UAE labour law, onboarding, and visa procedures
- Good communication, negotiation, organization, and follow up skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems
- Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are looking for an HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment to support hiring activities for retail, office, warehouse, and operational roles.
- The role will mainly handle job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial calls, interview coordination, recruitment follow up, and maintaining recruitment records.
