- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Educate customers about features and benefits of health & beauty products, skin care, and other products
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Explain product usage
- Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed and regularly replenished
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the team to maintain high standard of visual merchandising
- Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education
- Minimum 1 2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty or cosmetic retail
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods
- Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure
- Experience working with health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics is highly preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
