Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor leads and supports the showroom sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets and deliver strong customer experiences.
The role oversees sales performance, coaches team members, manages customer relationships, and supports daily showroom operations.
The position acts as a link between management and the sales team while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Ensure showroom sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Assist sales staff with closing deals and handling complex customer negotiations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Ensure vehicles are displayed attractively and showroom standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with stock and logistics teams.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Train new sales executives on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching.
- Support promotional campaigns and showroom events, follow up on leads, and ensure sales documentation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates need 3–7 years of automotive sales experience.
- Candidates need more than 2 years of supervisory experience in a car showroom within the UAE.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
