Responsible for communicating with clients, explaining home-based special education services, handling inquiries, scheduling sessions, and following up with clients to ensure a professional customer experience and high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and communication channels.
- Explain special education services based on clients’ needs.
- Schedule sessions and coordinate appointments with specialists.
- Follow up with clients before and after service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update client records regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or telesales is preferred.
- Professional customer service and communication skills.
