Description

Responsible for communicating with clients, explaining home-based special education services, handling inquiries, scheduling sessions, and following up with clients to ensure a professional customer experience and high-quality service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and communication channels.
  • Explain special education services based on clients’ needs.
  • Schedule sessions and coordinate appointments with specialists.
  • Follow up with clients before and after service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update client records regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or telesales is preferred.
  • Professional customer service and communication skills.
