About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily supervision of accommodation facilities and ensure their readiness and safety
- Monitor cleanliness of rooms and common areas and coordinate with relevant departments
- Receive and allocate accommodation for new employees according to approved procedures
- Maintain and update accommodation records and monitor occupancy, arrivals, and departures
- Ensure compliance with accommodation regulations and internal rules and address violations
- Raise maintenance requests, follow up on completion, and ensure quality of work
- Receive residents' complaints and feedback and resolve or escalate them
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, health, and safety standards
- Monitor security and safety requirements and report incidents or potential risks
- Prepare periodic reports on accommodation conditions, occupancy rates, and operational needs
- Safeguard accommodation assets and company property and ensure proper use
Requirements
- High school diploma as a minimum requirement; diploma or bachelor's degree in Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in accommodation supervision, facility management, or support services
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office programs
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Job Purpose
