About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan
- Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores at various access points
- Manage placement of POS material wherever applicable next to SSFL displays
- Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms
- Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub standard products
- Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times
- Monitor and report competitive activities
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customer/outlet
- Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required
Requirements
- Experience in merchandising and team leadership
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory rotation
- Ability to monitor and report competitive activities

Job Purpose
- Merchandising team leader is responsible for comparing sales data for products they handle and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low.
- This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store and manage the Merchandisers team performance.
Accountabilities
- Monitors Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
- Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
- Mange Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
- Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
- Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub standard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
- Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
