Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
