- Conduct field visits to clients and projects to present company services
- Prepare and present technical and financial proposals in coordination with relevant departments
- Follow up on potential clients until contract completion
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and work on contract renewals and increasing business volume
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor competitors and analyze the market to suggest business development opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports on visits, sales opportunities, and client status
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract execution according to client requirements
- Represent the company professionally and maintain brand reputation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (implied by job nature)
- Experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct field visits
- Proficiency in Arabic (required based on description language)

الهدف الوظيفي
- استقطاب عملاء جدد، وبناء علاقات مهنية طويلة الأمد مع العملاء، وتسويق خدمات الشركة، والعمل على تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية وزيادة الإيرادات من خلال تقديم الحلول المناسبة للعملاء ومتابعة الفرص البيعية حتى إتمام التعاقد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- البحث عن فرص عملاء جدد وتوسيع قاعدة عملاء الشركة.
- تنفيذ الزيارات الميدانية للعملاء والمشاريع وعرض خدمات الشركة.
- إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والمالية بالتنسيق مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة.
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين حتى إتمام عملية التعاقد.
- المحافظة على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والعمل على تجديد العقود وزيادة حجم الأعمال.
- تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.
- متابعة المنافسين وتحليل السوق واقتراح فرص تطوير الأعمال.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الزيارات، والفرص البيعية، وحالة العملاء.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان تنفيذ العقود وفق متطلبات العملاء.
- تمثيل الشركة بصورة احترافية والمحافظة على سمعة العلامة التجارية.
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وأداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.
